María Gabriela Armijos Zambrano

María Gabriela Armijos Zambrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resources management. Currently serving as a Docente invitada de Postgrado at Universidad ECOTEC since May 2023, María Gabriela has also been the Gerente de Relaciones Laborales at Cervecería Nacional since September 2020. Prior roles include Subdirectora Nacional de Gestión del Talento Humano at Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, where responsibilities included national coordination of human resource management and serving as the Director General's delegate on the Labor-Capital Committee. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions at the Ministry of Labor, including Directora de Asesoría Jurídica de Trabajo y Empleo and Coordinadora Regional de Inspectores Guayaquil, as well as roles at Claro Ecuador and Estudio Jurídico Vallejo Rigail. María Gabriela holds a Magister in Derecho de Empresas and a Diplomatura in Derecho internacional de inversiones from Universidad Espíritu Santo.
