Simone has over 19 years of experience in the HR field, 9 of which in the financial industry managing global projects.
International background, hands-on approach, reliable, curious, with a real passion for innovation and its impact on people working life, after a degree in Economics, he started his career in Watson Wyatt in London. During his 7 year experience as a consultant, he had the chance to work on multi – industry international HR projects which allowed him to develop a strong expertise on Executive Compensation, Long and Short Incentive design, implementation of HR IT platform, Grading & Expat Management.
He then continued his career working for multinational companies like Unicredit Group (Pioneer Global Asset Management and Investment Banking), Edmond de Rothshild where he combined his strong technical background with people centred projects.
He joined Cerved in 2017 as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Reward contributing to the innovation of the HR function and worked on different projects aimed at creating high performing teams as well as supporting the business in designing change management and organizational strategies.
