Jerry Gladwell

Jerry Gladwell has over 15 years of experience in materials documentation, currently serving as the Materials Documentation Lead at CES Consulting LLC since October 2018. Prior to this role, Jerry worked at the Virginia Department of Transportation as a Materials Documentation Technician from September 2005 to October 2018, where expertise in documentation processes and standards was developed.
