Chad Melby is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Chad serves as the Manager of Process at CES Energy Solutions Corp. since September 2022, and as Co-Founder and President of Energy Success Platform, Inc. since July 2018, focusing on enhancing well delivery processes and facilitating digital transformation. Prior roles include Chief Business Development Officer at ESP for Oil & Gas from November 2011 to July 2018, where Chad promoted innovative work management solutions, and Drilling & Completions Manager positions at Molopo Energy Limited and Anderson Energy Ltd. Chad began their career as a Drilling Superintendent at Northrock Resources Ltd. and has a background in operations across various regions, including Canada and Australia. Education includes studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1997.
