David van Spankeren

David Van Spankeren has extensive experience in educational business services and accounting, currently supporting leadership and accounting within Wisconsin School Districts at Cesa 5 since June 2017. Prior roles include Executive Director of Business at CESA 6 from February 2004 to June 2017, and School Business Manager at the School District of Omro from 1994 to 2004. David began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at Town and Country Electric from 1990 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in School Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Lakeland University.
