Todd Kelly

Todd Kelly started their work experience in 1992 at Thrivent Financial as a Senior Accountant. Todd then became a Manager in 1997 and later transitioned to become the Director of Mutual Fund Accounting in 2002. In this role, they were responsible for the daily accounting, balancing, and pricing of a large number of mutual funds with billions of dollars in net assets. Todd managed a team of 20 accountants and 3 managers and was accountable for annual audits and regulatory exams. Todd joined CESA 6 in 2017 as the Executive Director of Finance, and later became the Chief Financial Officer in 2020.

Todd Kelly attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
