Israel Alfaro

Israel Alfaro is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Cesar Chavez Foundation since August 2020, Israel provides senior leadership and strategic guidance on all technology initiatives. Prior roles include IT Operations Manager positions at NORTH LOS ANGELES COUNTY REGIONAL CENTER INC and ASRC Federal (NASA, Armstrong Flight Research Center), where responsibilities encompassed managing technical operations and core technologies for flight research. Israel's career also includes a decade as Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Fuse Media Inc., overseeing critical systems and data security, as well as serving as IT Director at Economics Research Associates, managing IT operations across multiple global sites. Israel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
