Peter O'Leary began their career in 1997 at the National Telecommuting Institute, where they served as the Director of IT. In this role, they played a key part in the growth of NTI and the placement of disabled Americans into home-based customer service positions. In 2005, they transitioned to a role as an IT Consultant while being self-employed until 2007.
