Daniel Paiva

Daniel Paiva is a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, currently practicing at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados since May 2017. Prior to this position, Daniel held roles at EY as a Senior Associate and Associate from March 2015 to April 2017, and practiced at Manassero Campello Advogados as an Associate from April 2014 to February 2015. Daniel's expertise includes the analysis, review, and drafting of contracts in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, as well as corporate contracts such as NDAs, MOUs, and SPAs. Additional experience includes working as a Business Lawyer at Vigna Advogados and serving as the Controller General for the Municipality of Morro do Pilar. Daniel co-founded Cattoni & Paiva Advocacia e Consultoria Jurídica, offering a full range of legal services. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos.
