Luciano Inacio de Souza

Luciano Inacio de Souza is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, antitrust, and international trade law. Currently serving as Vice-Chair of the ESG Committee at the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce since March 2021, Luciano has been a partner at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados since October 2012. Additional leadership roles include President of the Juridical Studies Group at Amcham-Brasil since April 2015 and Director of Legal Affairs at ABRIG from July 2017 to June 2018. Luciano previously held visiting professor positions at Ibmec, focusing on compliance and antitrust law, and has been involved with various legal institutions, including the US Federal Trade Commission and the Mission of Brazil to the WTO. Luciano holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, specializing in Antitrust, Trade, and International Investment.
