Giuseppe Longo

Giuseppe Longo is the Group People & Organization Executive Vice President at CESI SpA since April 2024, contributing to the development of people and organization strategies in the energy transition and space sectors. Longo has extensive experience, including serving as HR Director for Global Agriculture Product Development at CNH Industrial from 2022 to 2023, where significant improvements in organizational efficiency and a successful hiring campaign were achieved. Prior roles at CNH Industrial also included HR Director for Tractor and Crop Harvesting Global Product Lines, and Global HR Business Partner for Group Financial Services, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and team development. Earlier in the career, Longo held various HR leadership roles at Iveco, managing significant workforce populations and driving operational improvements across multiple regions. Formal education includes an MSIB in Intercultural Management from INSEAD and an Executive Master in Complexity Management, among other qualifications in leadership and sustainability.
