Robert Jech

Robert Jech has a diverse work experience in the field of power testing and development. Robert worked as the Head of High Power Laboratory at CESI SpA, where they were responsible for the operation and development of the company. Robert oversaw sales activities, project execution, reporting, and invoicing. Previously, they worked as the Director & Operational Manager at DNV GL, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed the overall operations of KEMA Laboratories in Prague. Robert also served as the Country Chair for the Czech Republic and Slovakia during their time at DNV GL. Robert also had experience working at DNV KEMA, where they were the Head of HPL and HVL, responsible for type-testing and development testing of power components. Prior to that, they worked at ZKU as the Head of HPL and as a Test Engineer and Project Engineer at the High Power Laboratory. Their earlier experience includes working as a Quality Manager at Zkušebnictví, a.s. Testing Laboratory. Robert's work experience demonstrates their expertise in power testing, laboratory management, business development, and personnel development.

Robert Jech completed their education in the field of electrical engineering. From 1992 to 1998, they attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where they obtained an Engineer's degree. During this time, their studies focused on power generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, Robert attended the Secondary Electrotechnical School of František Křižík, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they received a Certificate of Electrotechnical Ability from ELMIS - Ing. Ivan Tříska, specializing in Regulation 50/1978 §§ 6, 7, 8, and 10. Furthermore, in 2004, they obtained a certification as a Quality Manager from Cegos.
