Alexandre Bertrand

Alexandre Bertrand is an experienced project manager and business analyst with a diverse background in managing various projects and implementing regulations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager and Demand Management at CESI SEPP | CESI EDPB since February 2019, Alexandre Bertrand leads initiatives such as customer extranet improvements and new product launches. Previous roles include Customer Journey Expert at ING, Business Analyst and Project Manager at bpost banque, and Business Process Manager at BNP Paribas Fortis, among others. Alexandre Bertrand holds a Master's degree in Project Management & Business Engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Master's degree in Economics & Finance from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes.
