Benedicte Wintquin

Benedicte Wintquin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR - Talent Advisor at CESI SEPP and CESI EDPB since April 2023. With a robust background in social work, Benedicte has been a dedicated social worker since September 2014 and is the Founder and President of the nonprofit organization HARVESTS, which supports individuals in precarious situations. Benedicte holds various leadership roles, including advisor for the public center of social action in Rixensart and president of local nonprofit Le Val des Coccinelles. Prior HR roles include HRIS & HR Coordinator at Oregon Tool, Senior HR & Administrative Executive at VisiYou/FCR Media, and HR Project Assistant at GSK, among others. Benedicte earned a DES in Human Resources from Ichec Brussels Management School and holds a degree from HEPN - Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur.
