James Carwell, MBA, BSEE

James Carwell, MBA, BSEE has over 28 years of professional experience in engineering and business development. James began their career in 1992 as a Process Improvement Engineer at Emerson Electric Co. Fusite Division. In 1996, they joined L3 Technologies as a Member of Technical Staff and was promoted to RF Engineering Manager in the same year. In 2008, they moved to EN Engineering as a Power Systems and E/I Business Team Leader and Lead Engineer/Strong Project Manager. In 2013, they returned to L3 Technologies as Director of Project Engineering, Director of Electronics and Software Engineering, and RF Design and Project Engineering Manager. In 2016, they founded and served as Financial Coach at E3 Financial Coaching. In 2019, they joined L3Harris Technologies as Chief RF/Electrical Engineer and Director of Electrical Engineering. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering at CesiumAstro.

James Carwell obtained their MBA from Xavier University - Williams College of Business in 2008, having studied Business. From 1999 to 2001, they completed MSEE Graduate Courses at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Electrical Engineering - Communications. James obtained their BSEE from the University of Cincinnati in 1996, having studied Electrical Engineering - Communications.
