Marcel Prochazka

Marcel Prochazka has extensive experience in legal, regulatory, and business development roles within the telecommunications and media industries. Since June 2007, Marcel has held multiple leadership positions at Ceske Radiokomunikace a. s., including Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Director of Regulatory Affairs, and Head of Business Development and Strategy. In addition, Marcel has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Czech Digital Group, a.s. since April 2017. Previous experience includes positions as Director of Business Development at Karneval Media / UPC from 2003 to 2007, Technical Director at Karneval Media from 1999 to 2002, and Director of Telecommunication Operation at Kabel Plus / UPC from 1996 to 1999.
