Zdeněk Šustr has extensive experience in research and translation, currently serving as a researcher at CESNET since March 2006, focusing on grid middleware development, deployment, and cloud interoperability solutions. Zdeněk has also been a translator at Preklady Sustr.net since 1999, specializing in Czech-English translations of IT-related and technical texts, as well as legal documents. Additionally, Zdeněk contributes to the popularization of astronomy as a demonstrator at the Stefanik Observatory in Prague. Previous roles include researcher at Západoceská univerzita v Plzni, where involvement in IT infrastructure and software deployment projects occurred, and software development for industrial control systems at Bohemia Bartering. Zdeněk holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of West Bohemia and a high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics from Gymnázium J. Š. Baara Domažlice.
