Almabrouk Alkarrami is an experienced professional in peacebuilding and program development, currently serving as a Peace & Social Justice Project Officer at CESVI since July 2023, focusing on youth engagement and community stabilization in Libya. Prior to this role, Alkarrami worked as a Program Development Officer at Chemonics International from October 2017 to July 2023, where a significant contribution was made in identifying and conceptualizing grant activities, particularly in the stabilization of Sirte and the promotion of alternatives to militarization in Misrata. Previously, as an MRE Team Leader with Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid) from January 2017 to October 2017, education and awareness campaigns on the risks of landmines and explosive remnants of war were developed and implemented. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sirte University and an IELP from the University of Washington.
