Elena Anderson

Elena Anderson is currently the Director of Talent and Culture at Academic Travel Abroad, where Elena provides strategic guidance on personnel matters in the US and globally. Elena also holds the same position at CET Academic Programs. Previously, Elena co-founded and served as Lead Strategist at At Ease Solutions, LLC, advising businesses on global operations. Elena's prior experience includes managing global mobility and visa services at The Brookings Institution, assisting the Deputy Executive Director at NAFSA, and serving as an Office Services Specialist at UAB. Elena holds a B.A. in Political Science & Spanish from Loyola University New Orleans and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University.
