Frederick Brumm has been working in the Information Technology industry since 1998. Frederick started CE-Tech with a handful of business cards and the vision of helping local area businesses gain a competitive edge with the use of Information Technology. In 2006, they incorporated the company as Computer Equipment & Technologies, Inc. and it has become one of the fastest growing, premier Info tech firms in upstate New York. As the owner of CE-Tech, Frederick specializes in hassle-free IT solutions that are secure and just work. Frederick also provides advice to businesses on choosing an IT partner and on avoiding bad advice and misinformed IT decisions which can cause a rippling effect across a business.

Frederick Brumm received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2006. Frederick also holds Microsoft Certifications in MCSE and MCP, which are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Certified Professional, respectively.
