Kyron Jackson

Kyron Jackson has a diverse work experience in various HRIS and HR management roles. Kyron started their career as an HR Generalist at Belkin in 2002 and later served as a Human Resources Information Specialist at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. In 2006, they became a Functional HR Consultant at People R.O.A., where they deployed and supported Oracle HRMS Applications. From 2007 to 2013, Kyron worked as a Global Manager of HRIS at Jacobs Engineering, overseeing HR projects and managing the HRIS team. Kyron then joined AECOM as a Consultant in Global HRIS and Shared Services, where they architected solutions for the company's HR Systems portfolio. In their next role as Manager of Global HRIS at ARYZTA, Kyron led multiple cross-departmental projects and managed the implementation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors modules. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR Information Systems at Cetera Financial Group, where they act as a strategic technology partner for HR leadership and oversees the design, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM System.

Kyron Jackson attended San Jose State University from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business. Additionally, they have certifications from Oracle Cloud Customer Connect as a Red Ribbon Member and is a member of the Kauffman Fellows Network.
