Merrill has worked for several renowned companies, including Cetera Financial Group, where Merrill was responsible for leading the enterprise-wide digital, AI, marketing, advertising, and brand strategy. Merrill also revitalized the company's brand identity and developed customer segmentation strategies, resulting in increased revenue growth and improved customer loyalty. Prior to Cetera, Merrill served as the Vice President and Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at PIRCH, where Merrill formulated and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy. Merrill's experience also includes working at Petco as the Director/Head of Digital, Marketing Operations & Analytics, driving digital and customer experience transformation. Merrill began their career as a Credit Associate at Citi and has held various roles at Franklin Templeton and Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.
