Narendran Ravindran

Narendran Ravindran has a strong background in IT infrastructure and operations, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. NARENDRAN is currently working as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Cetera Financial Group, where they are responsible for managing global teams and overseeing the IT infrastructure transformation program. Prior to this, they worked at Argo Group as a Senior Manager, where they provided strategic direction for the organization's IT business systems. NARENDRAN also has experience working at Cognizant as a Global Infrastructure Manager, where they managed operations for the data center and global service desk. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wipro as a Senior Network Engineer and at CMS Computers Limited as a Network Engineer. Throughout their career, Narendran has demonstrated expertise in areas such as data center consolidation, disaster recovery, project management, and network operations.

Narendran Ravindran has a Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. NARENDRAN also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras. In addition, Narendran has obtained various certifications including CCNA and CCNP from Cisco, First Time Manager from Cognizant, ITIL V3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, MCP from Microsoft, and Trained in AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification SAA-C03 from Amazon Web Services (AWS). NARENDRAN has also completed additional leadership and risk management training programs from institutions such as Stagen Leadership Academy, FranklinCovey, and Skillsoft.
