Sanjay Bhat, MBA, CSM has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Sanjay currently serves as the Head of Project Management Office at Cetera Financial Group, where they oversee a team of 80 professionals and manages a $45 million portfolio of projects. At the start of their career, Sanjay worked at Data Basics Corporation as a Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer. Sanjay designed and implemented modules for the company's flagship products and played a vital role in the sales cycle.
