Tom Sboto

Tom Sboto has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, starting in 1984 as a Senior VP at Securities Settlement Corp. Tom then went on to work at Round Hill Securities as an Executive VP/Partner for over a decade. From 2005 to 2009, they held roles at First Allied Securities, including Senior Managing Director and Executive VP. Tom continued their career at First Allied Securities (now Cetera Advisors/Cetera Financial Group) as the Managing Director of the Chairman's Division for Mergers & Acquisitions. Tom also served as the Executive VP at Legend Group. Tom founded IBDAA Consulting/Tom Sboto Consulting in 2016, offering executive services and consulting on various business aspects. Tom Sboto attended Kingsborough College / CUNY from 1978 to 1980. Tom then transferred to Baruch College from 1980 to 1981, where they studied Business. In addition, they obtained a Certification in Brokerage Operations, Cashiering, Clearing, and Execution from the Financial Services Institute of NY in 1980.
