Alexandra Peters has worked in the customer service and sales industries since 2014. Alexandra began their career as a Sales Associate at Converse in 2014. In 2017, they moved to Amazon as a Senior Support Specialist. In 2019, they joined Cozymeal, Inc. as a Sales and Customer Happiness Representative. In 2021, they began working at Ceterus as a Senior CSR/Operations Lead, Customer Service Representative, Onboarding Specialist, and Customer Success Representative.

Alexandra Peters attended the University of Central Florida from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication.
