Vladimir Skulic is currently the CEO at CETIN Serbia, with previous experience as Head of Finance and Sourcing at Telenor Common Operation. Prior to that, Vladimir held positions at the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications and Ericsson. With a background in Telecommunications Engineering, their expertise includes financial control, operational KPI`s, spectrum management, and system integration. Vladimir has successfully led the setup of new companies and implemented operational excellence initiatives.
