Cheryl Finkbone, Customer Service Manager, is originally from Amarillo, TX, but spent most of her childhood in Romeo, MI. She has spent the majority of her adult years in Carlsbad, NM, and Lubbock, TX. Finkbone has a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University and more than 25 years of customer service experience, as well as six years of experience in technical writing. She has been with iCEV since May 2012.
Finkbone is extremely passionate and dedicated to iCEV’s customers. She appreciates the teamwork and camaraderie of the customer service team, and she likes to help teachers solve issues so they can use iCEV products successfully.
