David Wise

David Wise, Content Developer, brings a unique perspective and background to the iCEV team. Wise has an extensive history working with STEM projects and in the engineering industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and ocean engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During college, Wise focused his studies on underwater robotics and electric vehicles.

In his hometown, South Lake Tahoe, Wise developed a summer science camp for local students. He has created curriculum and taught multiple classes at the summer camp. His specialties include underwater exploration, soft circuits, robotics and electronics. His extensive background in STEM coupled with his work experiences is a great addition to the iCEV team.

In his role at iCEV, Wise will spend his days creating memorable hands-on labs and projects for CTE classrooms. " He love get to spend his day figuring out how to make STEM subjects engaging and interesting for students, " said Wise.

He is passionate about CTE and is excited to continue working with curriculum within education. "I think CTE is critical to a well-rounded education, "said Wise.
