Betty Marchetti

Betty Marchetti is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Group HRIS Project Manager at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE since October 2021, Betty has previously held roles such as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Domofrance and Manager planification et pilotage des projets RH at Rio Tinto, where also worked as Responsable RH multi-sites. Betty's career began as an Entrepreneur at a start-up, followed by consultancy experience at Ellis Fairbank and recruitment at Mercuri Urval. Early career experience includes a role as Chargée de ressources humaines at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
