István Szegedi

István Szegedi is an experienced maintenance and project management professional with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Development Manager and previously as Maintenance Manager at Ceva Santé Animale since 2020, István is responsible for equipment maintenance management at the Phylaxia site and spearheads the Maintenance Excellence Program. Prior to this role, István held the position of Maintenance Manager at Hungrana Ltd. and was integral to operations at Saint-Gobain from 2009 to 2017. Earlier experience includes project engineering at Glencore, maintenance and project management roles at Mars, and a tenure at GE covering program management and assembly engineering responsibilities. István holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc, attained in 1997.
