Laurent Szczepaniak

Laurent Szczepaniak is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Group CIO at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE since October 2022, Laurent has previously held pivotal roles including Head of IT and Delivery Services at Groupe Rocher, where transformation programs for Finance and Operations were implemented, and Vice President of Global Digital Transformation at Roquette Asia Pacific, leading strategic initiatives across multiple global functions. Laurent's career began at BNP Paribas as a Corporate Mainframe IT Engineer, and has included various leadership positions at Roquette, where responsibilities spanned from CIO to Chief Technology Officer, overseeing global IT strategies and the implementation of SAP systems. Laurent holds a Cyber Security degree from École Polytechnique and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from IFG Executive Education, among other qualifications.
