Baye Cisse

Baye Cisse currently serves as the Head of Legal for the Middle East & Africa and for Africa at CEVA Logistics, a position held since May 2020, while also taking on the role of Global Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Baye Cisse worked at CMA CGM from February 2007, where responsibilities included Legal Manager for Terminals Operations & Projects (M&A), Global Accounts Contracts & Litigation, and Litigation in the Americas and Caribbean, along with experience as a Claims handler and Competition Officer. Earlier career experience includes serving as a lawyer at SUDCARGOS from 2003 to 2006. Baye Cisse holds a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat from Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Marseille and a DESS in Droit des Transports from Aix-Marseille University.
