Iris Helke

Iris Helke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit, corporate governance, and financial services. Currently, Helke serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee for KfW IPEX-Bank, Mewa, and Nemetschek Group. Previously, Helke held positions at EY as a Talent Partner and Partner in Assurance FSO from September 2019 to June 2023, and at KPMG from January 1997 to June 2019, culminating in the role of Partner and Head of the Department of Professional Practice Banking and Finance. Helke's expertise includes IFRS, corporate governance, and audit-related services, with significant experience in both German and international financial reporting standards.
