Willem Horstmann

Willem Horstmann is an experienced professional in the fields of risk management, finance, and compliance, currently serving as the owner of WH2NServices, providing advisory and interim services since August 2023. In addition, Willem holds a position on the Supervisory Board of Triodos Bank and serves as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. Recent interim roles include CFO ad interim at Knab and a management consultant for ILX Fund Management, focusing on operational scaling for a €1 billion SDG fund. Prior to these positions, Willem was the CFRO ad interim at Triodos Bank and held significant roles at Aegon Nederland, including Chief Risk Officer and Executive Board Member. Willem holds an MSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and a degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from the University of Groningen.
