Mirko Semler-Kramer, PhD, serves as the Head of Finance and Head of Material Management at CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA since July 2018, with previous experience as an Executive Management Assistant to the CEO. Since June 2022, Mirko has also been Co Managing Director responsible for Finance and Administration at HERTZ Systemtechnik GmbH. Earlier roles include Business Development Manager at Navigator Consulting LLC, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Playfair Consultancy Group, and a Visiting PhD Student at The University of Auckland. Mirko's career began with roles at the German American Chamber of Commerce, GACC South Services, and Nokia Siemens Networks, focusing on market research, site selection, and finance analysis. Mirko holds a PhD in Management Studies from the University of St Andrews, along with an MLitt in Marketing and a BA in Business Administration.
