Peter Eggert

Peter Eggert has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Peter is currently serving as the Head of Business IT & Co-CIO at CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA since March 2019. Prior to this, they held positions at REWE Systems GmbH, where they were the Head of Department from January 2018 onwards and a Team Manager from January 2012 to December 2017. Peter also worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at REWE Systems GmbH from January 2008 to December 2011. Before joining REWE Systems GmbH, Peter worked at F. W. Woolworth Co. GmbH, where they served as the Head of Department from January 2001 to December 2007. Peter was also a Project Manager from May 1996 to December 2000 and a Store Manager from February 1989 to April 1996 at F. W. Woolworth Co. GmbH.

Peter Eggert earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from FernUniversität in Hagen, from 2002 to 2008. Peter then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, during 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Peter obtained the certification of Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. in September 2011. Peter later obtained the certification of Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B from the same institution in July 2017.
