Oleksandr Lutskevych

Oleksandr Lutskevych is an experienced executive in the financial technology sector, currently serving as the Group CEO of CEX.IO since November 2013, a leading Bitcoin exchange. In addition, Lutskevych has held the position of Director at CEX Markets Ltd. since October 2018, overseeing investment services regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. As the Chief Executive Officer of Decent Finance LTD from July 2017 to June 2024, Lutskevych managed a company authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority to issue electronic money and provide payment services. Previous roles include CEO of CEX.IO Limited, where services involved distributed ledger technology, and as a co-founder of Digital Art Games, contributing to the development of 3D rendering technologies. Lutskevych's educational background includes a PhD in Economic Sciences from Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and Master’s degrees in Finance, Banking, Insurance and Cybernetics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
