Saurabh Garg

Saurabh Garg, Barrister-at-Law, serves as the Head of Legal at CeX Webuy.com since April 2015, contributing to the world's leading second-hand retailer in electronics. Additionally, Saurabh holds roles as a Barrister and Solicitor at RKGS Law, managing corporate, intellectual property, and IT legal matters across Canada, India, and the UK since January 2021, and as a Manager at the World Privacy Law Institute, which focuses on educating and discussing privacy and cybersecurity laws. Previous experience includes serving as Counsel for Essar Telecom Retail Ltd., where Saurabh managed court claims and contract negotiations for North and South India, and as an Associate representing clients in the Supreme Court of India. Saurabh’s educational background includes an LLM in Computer and Communications Law from the University of London and a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Panjab University, alongside various other legal qualifications.
