Rita Theil

Rita Theil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, and mentorship. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member for the Ontario Financing Authority and Maritime Launch Services, where Rita also chairs the Audit Committee, Rita has held various leadership positions including Non-Executive Chair of the Board at Ceylon Graphite Corp and Independent Board Director for Allstate Insurance Company of Canada. As CEO and President of JacKryn Holdings Inc., Rita specializes in enterprise risk management and transaction execution. Rita is also the founder of The Women's Mentor Initiative, dedicated to empowering women in business. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business and an LLB from the University of Ottawa, along with a Chartered Director designation.
