Sonika Nivedita

Sonika Nivedita has work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sonika started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd in February 2022 and worked in this role until August 2022. Following this, they served as a Human Resources Trainee from August 2022 to February 2023 at the same company. Sonika then progressed to the position of Junior Executive Human Resources from February 2023 to June 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Executive at Dilmah Tea, starting in June 2023.

Sonika Nivedita began their education in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2020 at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Sonika completed a Foundation course in that year, followed by an Advanced certificate in HRM from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Sonika pursued a Diploma in HRM at CIPM, which they completed by 2022. Currently, they are enrolled in the Charted Intermediate in HRM program at CIPM.
