Katerina Strelska

Katerina Strelska is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Management Development Manager at ČEZ since November 2023. Prior to this role, Katerina accumulated extensive experience at ČSOB from 2010 to 2023, where Katerina held various positions, including Change Manager for Daily Banking and Segment Manager for Senior Digital Channels, focusing on client acquisition and onboarding, digital engagement, and customer journeys. Katerina has a solid background in marketing and project management with experience at T-Mobile Czech Republic, CSOB, and INCOMA Research (GfK Group), where responsibilities included data analysis, process optimization, and market research. Katerina holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from Brno University of Technology, complemented by education from several other institutions including Universität Klagenfurt and Jönköping University.
