Debbie Baker

Debbie joined the company in 2007. Debbie was appointed as Business Projects and Public Affairs Manager in June 2008 and as HR & Public Affairs Director in June 2012 and was appointed to her current role in 2018. Prior to this she served within Kemira GrowHow and ScottishPower in various HR Roles. She sits on the Council of the Chemical Industries Association and the Business Growth Committee at the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership. Debbie is a Director of Net Zero North West and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Scott Bader Inc.

Debbie is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has completed the General Management Programme at Cranfield University School of Management
