Maureen Parker

Maureen Parker is a seasoned professional in the field of employee well-being and benefits, currently serving as the Global Manager for Employee Well-being and Benefits at CF Industries since April 2021, where notable achievements include formulating a global well-being strategy and developing competitive benefit programs. Prior to this role, Maureen held several positions focused on wellness program management, including Wellness Program Manager at ONEOK, where a comprehensive Live Smart Program was developed, and Sr. Wellness Specialist at Hilti, overseeing wellness initiatives. Experience also includes serving as a Health and Wellness Specialist at The NORDAM Group, where a robust Health Promotion Initiative was initiated and managed, and previous roles at Muskogee Regional Medical Center and the University of Arkansas contributed to a solid foundation in fitness and health education. Maureen holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Northeastern State University.
