Stuart Rosenkranz has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Stuart has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Compensation Analyst at Waste Management in 2001. Stuart then progressed to become a Senior Compensation Analyst at Southern Union and later at Aon. In 2007, they joined Waste Management again, this time as a Senior Compensation Analyst, before being promoted to Compensation Manager and eventually Senior Manager, Compensation. During their time at Waste Management, Stuart supervised teams and managed the company's broad-based compensation programs for thousands of employees. In 2015, they joined Essendant as a Senior Manager, Compensation, where they led a team in the planning process for merit and promotion. Stuart then took on the role of Compensation Manager at Allstate, where they supervised a team and facilitated compensation discussions with business leaders. Stuart further advanced their career as Vice President, Compensation at Antares Capital LP, focusing on strategy, creation, and administration of compensation programs. In 2021, Stuart joined Littelfuse as a Senior Manager, Global Compensation before moving on to their current position as Director, Broad-based Compensation & Global Mobility at CF Industries, where they are responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies, programs, and policies, as well as managing the global mobility program and recognition program. Throughout their career, Stuart has consistently demonstrated expertise in all aspects of compensation and has effectively collaborated with stakeholders at various levels.
Stuart Rosenkranz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University, which they completed in 1996. Stuart later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University, completing it in 2000.
