Susan Ellerbusch

Susan Ellerbusch is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the gas, energy, and materials sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at CF Industries and Summit Materials, Susan brings valuable governance insights as a member of the Audit and Governance and Sustainability Committees at Summit Materials. With a tenure at Air Liquide since 2015, Susan has held key executive roles including Strategic Advisor and CEO North America, overseeing operations for a large team and several manufacturing facilities. Previous leadership positions at BP include President of BP Biofuels North America, where Susan significantly expanded the workforce, and various VP roles focused on global biofuels, retail marketing, and brand development. Susan holds both a BS and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
