Scott Haney

Mr. Haney has spent over 25 years in the multi-family industry in various service related positions including Grounds, Porter, Senior Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, and Portfolio Maintenance Director. Scott leads the Regional Service Directors team and incorporating strategies in executing capital budgets to ensure they meet scope and budget guidelines. He will also be responsible for ensuring the completion of PNA’s and audits.
