Scott Templeton

Mr. Templeton joined CF Real Estate Services in 2005, providing leadership and direction in the areas of telecommunications, purchasing, utilities, expense control, contract management, and all other ancillary income opportunities for our clients. Prior to joining CF Real Estate Services, Scott was Vice President of Ancillary Services with Archstone-Smith where he developed, negotiated, and managed ancillary service revenues and expense recovery in excess of $34 million annually. He also has experience in contract and vendor management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University, Newport News, Virginia.
