Joe Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, change management, and executive leadership across both the financial services and military sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Operations Lead for Wells Fargo's DMI Business Advisory and Operational Excellence Team, Joe plays a pivotal role in executing key organizational initiatives and managing risk and control processes. Previously at Bank of America, Joe held multiple Vice President roles, where responsibilities ranged from managing executive escalations within Prepaid Card Operations to leading process improvement projects that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Joe's military background includes senior positions in the US Army's Aviation Branch, where expertise in logistics, personnel management, and operational planning was developed. Academically, Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
