Denise Spaulding

Denise Spaulding, SPHR, CCP, currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Compensation at CFA Institute since March 2022. Previously, Denise served as Director of Compensation at Sodexo from 2013 to March 2022, managing compensation for a workforce of 17,000 corporate and 120,000 front-line employees across over 4,500 U.S. site locations. Denise was Compensation Manager at Sallie Mae from 2010 to 2012, overseeing the redesign of the base compensation framework for 6,500 employees to support a new corporate business strategy. Additionally, Denise worked as Compensation Manager at Agility Logistics DGS from 2008 to 2010, where responsibilities included establishing standardized job frameworks and compensation programs for a $12 billion global logistics firm with 32,000 employees. Denise is an alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh.
